Jamila Parham, Founder and CEO of The Tech Unicorn was hosted at the Society of Women Engineers headquarters' office for SWENext High School Leadership Academy.

This session is was a part of the program track “Leadership Skills” and named "Find Your Winning Key Codes: Choosing The Right Steps For You".

SWENext High School Leadership Academy (SHLA) provides STEM-interested high school students across the globe the opportunity to experience the SWE community first-hand through online networking, coaching, and mentoring. SHLA provides year-round programming, giving high school students the tools and resources to pursue engineering— helping them to understand the ins and outs of different engineering disciplines, navigate college processes and decisions, and prepare for leadership roles now and in the future.
